Assessment Lifecycle
The assessment lifecycle starts with the analysis of the Leadership Vision, the direction for the organization and the timeline for realizing the vision. Coupled with the data on the development cycle efficiencies, metrics and other parameters such as the resource alignment, budget, execution and deliverable effective communication, execution approach is recommended towards the vision, time to market and successful customer delivery.
The assessment will apply the heuristics and machine learning capabilities to identify the key hot spots in terms of the structure and delivery of the initiative.
Development Lifecycle
